Serah brings the science of human behaviour into commercial strategy. As an accredited business psychologist and MSc Business Psychology graduate from Loughborough, she understands the psychological barriers that stop founders from owning their value. She was part of the University's Enterprise Network Incubator (LUInc.) where Hopewell was nurtured.
Carson brings commercial rigour and strategic clarity to every engagement. With an MBA from Loughborough University, he specialises in value positioning, pricing architecture, and growth strategy. He was part of the winning team at the European Summer School for Advanced Management (ESSAM) consulting competition.
